Joint - Stock Company “BALC ” (Baltic Aviation Logistics Company ) was established in October 1992 in Vilnius, Lithuania.
The main activity directions to be as follows:
- managing organizing international, regular, charters (passenger and freight, special and business jet)
flights in Europe, Asia and Africa.
- work of the aircraft rent department (under ACMI regulation)
- flight planning service.
- managing general sales agents (GSA), networking, reservation and ticketing .
- organizing special flights - flights aerial photographs.
- transport of animals specially equipped aircraft .
- was responsible for the maintenance operations of the 8 new Mi-8T helicopters in Lithuania
- purchase of aircraft , aviation equipment and spare parts delivery to airlines .
- ground handling ,fueling,catering and airport services companies in the organization.
- consultancy services (technical, economic, commercial, institutional issues in civil aviation) .
- collaboration with other agencies and the civil aviation authorities.
- airline representation,supervision and maintenance:
Belavia, Smartlynk, Charter Jet, FlyLAL, Classic Jet , Wind Rose, Columbus, HORS , RAFAVIA, KMV, Jakutija .
- scheduled and charter flights in Lithuania and other Baltic countries in the organization
- provision of tourist services on acceptance and visa support passengers, ensuring transfers other modes
of transport, hotel accommodation and organizing various recreational activities
