customer expert of the helicopters as they are and Approval the following steps will be done:
2.1. Full inspection of the helicopters by an approved inspection and overhaul facility, With certificate for zero hours (full flying hours 1500).
(Approved facility by the helicopters manufacturing factory).
2.2. The helicopters will be transport by IL-76 transport aircraft to the customer facility
2.3. After arrival of the helicopters to the final facility all of them (4 units) will be Assembly and fully checked by the supplier technicians for final delivery to the Customer.
3. This proposal is a turn key proposal including:
3.1.Purchasing of 4 helicopters.
Cost.3.2 M USD.(For each helicopter)
4.1. Helicopters
4.2. Technicians for one year 300,000 USD (not including accommodation and transportation in the customer country).
4.3. Transportation of the helicopters to the customer facility. 140,000 USD (for each helicopter).
